    • filenames were 'bataan' because these were placed on the same folder with our fieldtrip... anyhow... together with the other COLs, we had our outreach in Baseco cmpd, Tondo Manila.... specifically Mary Rose Abad village... Group1:leader: Aure.... with Lorilla, Capunitan, Gueco and Salimpade...blue is our color (nakatoka). with yellow. PBB house.enjoy. sobra. sobrang yinet. pero fulfilling...GK! continue lang...dami kayong natutulungan talaga. hope someday makapagpatayo din ako ng village dito.

    • We were with the BODY SHOP and MARITHE FRANCOIS GIRBAUD exec and admin during the orientation and their actual tree planting. *Note: the “We”: Me-an Aure - St. Scholastica’s College, Rita Reyes – San Beda Alabang, and Dale Dizon – UP Manila… are present in the said event. This is more than an ocular visit. Fun fun fun. Detours in SM Bicutan. a pissed driver. Free breakfast and transpo (thanks ms.cenal of Haribon). A drizzly and an unpredictable weather. 3-hour drive. Relaxing scenery and resting place (Camarin). Rich fellas. Lots of handshakes. Native tree species beside me. A vast land for tree planting. Ready bored holes. Sampled planting 2-3 seedlings (with bare hands). Horse dung (malayo naman, haha). Pictures as usual. Played billiards. Nummy lunch. Man-made lake. Obstacle courses. Lots of swings. Boathouses. Bouncing hanging bridges. Tall and swinging lighthouse. Climbed every treehouse. Stories of plans in life. Breeze breeze breeze. Japanese garden. Corregidor-like. Japanese ...

    • Back in Infant Jesus Academy. Super fun. Our Madames and Sirs still remember my Ate and I. Cool senior highs. though they were hungry for not having a recess yet, they still managed to pay attention to the talk. hmm. Ate leia talked about what economics is, how did she decide on taking up BS Commerce major in Applied Economics, her journey in St. Scho, competencies of an Econ major, and where do econ majors go... had learned a lot as well. aside from just being the assistant (the one who shifts the ppt presentation from one slide to another), i gained insights from her examples. It is only at that time that I learned the depreciation of peso, its advantages and disadvantages. cool. afterwards, we ate merienda at the office then made "kwento" to our dearest HS teachers. they gave us a wonderful token (ahhhh... you shouldn't have...)...thanks po. Then had some photos. We were toured in the school as well.. new rooms and gym. nice. i miss HS badly - seeing students in the fields attendin...

    this is such a nice browser. soft - looking, yet very powerful. user-friendly. shift tabs by holding them (literally) anywhere in the screen. you can even put tabs in the taskbar, as if opening a new browser. no more title portion, tabs located at the top. wider screen for surfing, yeah, esp for Windows vista users.

    • It's been already a year when I lost my friendster account, due to a mysterious insecure freak hacker. we can remember how i cannot access my friendster account, and how my name on the search friends list had disappeared. however when you view it from a friend, my account is still there. weird. anyway, a year had passed and its time to move on. my hanging shout out states in friendster: "i won't settle for anything less..." haha. applicable. and with that, i had opened a new account in Facebook. yey. fun fun. its not yet that late. please add me up: c_mean_2 @yahoo.com, or just click the Facebook badge at the top portion of my homepage here in multiply. it's still under renovation (haha) so please bear with the little mess. i need some friends there as of the moment. wink*...aside from that, i'll try to activate my dormant myspace account.     MANILA, Philippines - Tuition payments were likely the target of armed men who broke into the St. Scholastica's College in Malate, Manila, shortly after midnight Thursday, school officials said early Friday.

    Mananzan said they are willing to provide police copies of footage from their closed-circuit television (CCTV) system so police can identify the men in the break-in.

    Two of the school's security guards had been invited to the Manila Police District to shed light on the incident.

    On the other hand, police are not discounting the possibility that an inside job may have been involved in the incident.

    Armed men clad in camouflage uniforms broke into the campus at 1:30 a.m. Friday.

    Initial investigation showed that one of the suspects knocked at the gate. When a guard opened it, all the men forced their way inside and immediately disarmed the guards.

    • nice to be back into my home town and city: Mendez Cavite + Tagaytay (respectively). Christmas so much felt. freezing cold. double layered shirts. still, there's a need to add a warm jacket. jogging pants / pajamas throughout the day. thick socks. warm bath stuck, frozen if not. vicks vapor rub turned solid. PC fails to open due to low temp. sleep 3x. bonet quite used if one prefers outside. smoke-like something coming out of your mouth while talking. thick triple blankets. minimum of 6 pilows around you. "simbang gabi" province inspired. fave puto bumbong. xmas carollers increasing.
